About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist experienced in providing psychotherapy and psychological assessment for children, adolescents, and adults.  As a psychologist committed to working directly with people, I find great reward in helping individuals and families find and use their strengths to contend with the challenges they face.

My particular areas of interest and expertise include mood and anxiety disorders, emotion dysregulation, ADHD, trauma, and identity development. My treatment approach incorporates insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral techniques within a relational framework. I place significant focus on empowering individuals and families to utilize their unique qualities in positive and healthy ways.  I work with clients to understand their social, emotional, and learning difficulties and to develop skills to live better.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, being involved in my children’s activities, traveling, participating in dance and Pilates classes, and watching college football.
